TRANSACTION CERTIFICATION:
Farm to fiber to yarn to weaving to processing to madeups to shipment. All this traceability can be provided through GOTS as an transaction certificate.
All the organic yarn / fabric & Trims are being handled by using proper identification in the production areas (Labelled as Organic in Green color) in the area where the materials are being stored). Traceability of cotton till finished products will be maintained.
The fabric sent for processing will be transported separately as organic products and processing dyes and chemicals are being used based on the standard approved by the GOTS. The fabric processed will be labeled and stickered as organic as soon as it is out from the processing to avoid any mix-ups.
The processing plant uses the re-cycled water with Effluent treatment plant. We use purified water which is below 30 ppm.
